UNPLUG THE
GRINDER.

Remove screw #50904 on the vibrator plate. Remove the 4 #40268 screws
holding the panel on the housing.

Pull the top of the front panel away from the machine. Lift it up, and
remove it.
REPLACING THE NEW FRONT PANEL:

Direct the bag shaking rod (#40384) through the front panel.

Take the new front panel and place the bottom over the front rubber feet
of the grinder. Guide the top over the transition tube (#40197), making sure
that the rubber tube does not get bent or crimped. It should protrude through
the hole in the discharge tube. Use your fingers from inside the discharge tube
to guide and clear the tuber tube through the opening.

Install the 4 #40268 screws to fasten the front panel. Check and make
sure that the rubber tube is not kinked inside or behind the discharge tube.

Fasten the vibrator plate onto the rod using screw #50904. After you
tighten the screw, turn it back 1/8th of a turn.

Plug the grinder into the outlet and turn the machine on.

If you get excessive noise, tighten the #50904 screw again and turn it
back 1/8th of a turn. At the same time, help the rod to follow your
screwdriver, and turn it 1/8th of a turn. This is to position the
bearing (#54902) to stay parallel to the base.

If the noise does not go away, unplug the grinder, remove the 4 screws,
open the base, and position the bearing to be parallel to the base of the
grinder.
10.
Replace the base and fasten the screws.
