Ditting USA, Inc. Limited Warranty

Ditting USA, Inc. offers a limited warranty on all NEW coffee grinders to the original buyer.

For retail grinders purchased for the United States or Canada, the
warranty includes 3 years on parts and 1 year on service. For our
industrial model KF1800, the warranty is 1 year on electrical parts.
For supermarket and espresso grinders purchased for use in the
U.S or Canada, the warranty includes 1 year limited warranty on
electrical and electronic parts.*
For grinders purchased for countries other than the U.S. or Canada,
the warranty includes 1 year on parts.*

Warranty on parts includes the motor and all electrical parts. It excludes the grinding discs, the plastic hopper, and any damage caused by misuse or abuse.  Shipping expenses are not included.

Ditting USA also offers a limited warranty for reconditioned grinders purchased through Ditting USA to include 6 months on electrical parts.

If service is needed, Ditting USA must be contacted for service or recommendation of a service company PRIOR to any labor or service being performed. Most of the time, the problem, though it might seem like a matter of life and death, could simply be power-related or a circuit breaker that has tripped for safety. In case of a problem related to external power or a circuit breaker needing to be reset, the service call will not be covered. Ditting would like to avoid having you face unnecessary costs. Our 30+ years of experience has shown that we can fix 99% of our grinder-related problems quickly and easily over the phone in minutes.

If a part needs replacement, the part will be billed (including shipping charges) and shipped to you by the requested shipping method. When you return the defective part along with the model and serial number of the machine from which the defective part was removed, you will receive credit for the defective part and your cost will be for shipping only. The warranty covers shipping costs by UPS ground. Expedited transportation costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Ditting USA has a list of service companies across the U.S. and into Canada who service our grinders. These companies are not associated with Ditting USA, and we would like to hear your experiences with them in order to concentrate only on those companies who service your machines properly, efficiently and professionally.

For maintenance or repairs that require service by a 3rd party qualified technician, Ditting USA will reimburse our customers or pay a service company for work authorized by Ditting USA to be covered under warranty PRIOR TO the service being rendered. Ditting USA will only pay charges which we deem reasonable and fair.
